I am Bread

I am Bread is another game made by Bossa Studios, it is the prequel to Surgeon Simulator 2013. It reveals that Bob Murton has been going insane because of a slice of bread before the events of surgeon simulator. At the final stage of the game (epilogue), you can see Nigel's hand grabbing Bob.
