Frikkin' Lasers

Complete a procedure using only the surgical laser.

How to unlock

In every surgery, there is a laser except in the standard heart surgery. I highly recommend not to choose an ambulance or space surgery for this achievement. The laser deals massive damage and bleeding if it hits the brain, so your best option is the standard double kidney surgery. You can still try the brain surgery because it has less things to cut, but requires much more precision to not melt the brain.
It's difficult in both surgeries!

REMEMBER: Don't use anything else to unlock this achievement, not even the green injection to stop the bleeding!

Double Kidney Transplant

Remember not to use anything but the laser as a tool and your hand for grabbing!

1. Learn the exact positions of the cutting points
   • Britannia 88 - Disk 2 (yellow floppy disk)
2. Enter the standard double kidney transplant
3. Grab the laser and wait for it to emit a beam
4. Move the laser to the 2 cuttable spots of the large intestine, cut them and remove the large intestine
   • If you hit the "sweet spot", the laser will stop doing damage until the connection is cut
5. Cut the 2 parts of the small intestine and the one of the stomach
6. Remove the small intestine, the stomach and the liver
   • No need to cut the bones plus you don't have time for them or the patient will bleed out
7. Grab the laser and cut off both kidneys and put in the new ones
8. You've unlocked the achievement "Frikkin' Lasers"

Brain Transplant

Remember not to use anything but the laser as a tool and your hand for grabbing!

1. Grab the laser and wait for the beam to appear
2. Cut around the head to open the bone
   • Don't hold it too long on one spot or else you will cut the bone and immediately hurt the brain
3. Stop grabbing the laser, remove the bones and pull down the brain
4. Grab the laser again and cut off the brain's connection
5. Drop the laser again, throw away the old brain and put in the new brain
6. You've unlocked the achievement "Frikkin' Lasers"

Triva

• The name of the achievement is a reference to Austin Powers in Gold Member where Dr. Evil improvises that they use sharks "with frikkin' laser beams on their heads!!!"
